Wizards of Waverly Place is being adapted for a magical feature film.

A cultural milestone is about to happen; Selena Gomez revealed to MTV News that her hit Disney Channel series Wizards of Waverly Place is heading to the big screen.

This trumps Disney's 3-D Jonas Brothers movie, which will only air on the company's cable channel.

"We actually want to shoot it here in New York," Gomez told MTV.

When asked about a plot for this epic, she mentioned, "I think it would have to be that our secret is about to be exposed."

No suprise here, but Selena once again, mentioned her crush, Shia Labeouf, asking him to star on the show, She jokes, "You'd think that as much as I promote it (Shia would be guest starring). I'm, like, begging, but it's not happening. I know I'm a nerd! Please, Shia, come on my show!"

Exactly which secret are you talking about, Selena? The poorly-kept one about you and Nick Jonas being an item? Or the even worse-concealed fact that Miley Cyrus wants rip your hair out ?

Emmy nominee Selena Gomez makes a fashionable stop at a Menchie's Frozen Yogurt shop in Hollywood on Wednesday, reportedly on a break from recording her debut album. Gomez's Disney show The Wizards of Waverly Place received a nod for outstanding children's program.

Taylor Lautner and Selena Gomez: Totally Over?

Lainey Gossip reports that Gomez has split up with her rumored boyfriend, Twilight hunk Taylor Lautner. According to multiple sources, Gomez and Lautner called off their romance about a week ago. And to add insult to injury, Lautner reportedly blew off what would have been the couple's last get-together in Toronto, without so much as an apologetic text message.

She told 'TWIST' magazine:
“I had dinner on the beach with a crush and there were lights on the palm trees! Then, went walking on the beach, and after that we slow danced. Wait, it gets better. While we were slow dancing…my crush and I had our first kiss! And after it, I leaned back and I said, ‘You cheated.’ And he said, ‘Why’ and I said, ‘I don’t kiss on the first date.’ Then he said, ‘Well, I never really play by the rules.’ I was waiting for a a director to say, ‘Cut’ I was like, ‘Are we shooting this right now?”

He told Girl's life magazine:
“On one date, the girl said to me, ‘I don’t kiss on the first date.’ So I said, ‘I don’t follow the rules.’” The brothers high-five to that one. “Ooooh! It was so good!”

Miley, Selena AND Nick all Hang Out

Nick Jonas, Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez all hang out together the set of their new music video, “Send It On,” at Pepperdine University on Saturday (June 6) in Malibu, Calif. The song “Send It On” is part of Disney’s “Friends For Change: Project Green,” a multi-platform environmental initiative that invites kids to join together. It would have been much more intresting to see Selena slap Miley in the face. But it's all for the enviroment i guess.

Enjoying what was a laid back weekend outing, Selena Gomez was spotted around town with her mother, Mandy Teefy, in Los Angeles on Saturday (November 22).

Dressed in a sleeveless white top with jeans, the “Wizards of Waverly Place” starlet and her mom first grabbed up coffee before dropping by Subway for a bite to eat amidst their daily errands.

Intresting fact- Selena's mum was only sixteen when she gave birth to Selena.
